Superfood
Just give me a pill or a drink with ALL the ingredients I need to fuel and feed my body’s components and my mind’s neurones and I’d be as happy as Larry.
And no. Complan, (and similar), drinks don’t cater for either all lifestyles or all incidents or occasions when we might need a boost, (for cliff walking or marathons), and, anyway, consuming Complan, (or similar), messes with your gut so, after a week or two, you get the runs or tummy problems.
WHY on earth isn’t there such a product on the market to address this simple need? Heck, even when there is a global famine, the world’s response is to send all kinds of unpalatable raw staples, (Rice, Grain, etc) in unweildy logistical lumps a ton at a time. WHY can’t we, as a clever species, create some healthy, “All you need” food solution in a series of bars or drinks that truly meets an average human’s daily nutritional requirements?
Insects are, apparently, packed with goodness so why don’t we package and give the hard sell to some vegetable and insect based “superfood”, and just solve the global food problem?

Such a procedure (or product) couldn’t be as horrific and barbaric as our meat based food solutions at present … and they would surely be far healthier.

I see food as just fuel although enjoy it just like anybody else but what if we could mass produce a proper full on all you need kind of a superfood product?
Even as a pill or drink, it’d need to have fibre and substance to keep the tummy happy but, for the life of me, I can’t understand why we haven’t yet invented or designed some perfect nutrition package.
Perhaps, as an inventor, I should be on the case.
Oh wait. I’ve got that cancer thing … ie, I’m just too old with not enough time but … Jeez, it’s only a highschool project style question, isn’t it?
Question 4. What ingredients, together, would give the average human the 2000 calories, staples, minerals, nutrition, etc to exclusively live on?
And a little bit of online research reveals …

And the basic ingredients delivering sustenance for the above?
Well, here are the most nutrient dense foods on the planet so eating just these 11 items OR using these 11 items as components of some Beachy superfood is, surely, the way to go.
Salmon.
Kale.
Seaweed.
Garlic.
Shellfish.
Potatoes.
Liver.
Sardines.
Blueberries.
Egg yolks.
Dark chocolate.

ANYWAY … here’s the challenge …
Recipes please … using the above ingredients … to concoct the most appealing, cheap to source, easy to make, “All in One,” superfood, explaining how and why your particular ‘product’ would meet the challenges of being delivered globally across the world as an instant solution for poverty, hunger or emergency use.
