In a pattern of behavior I have maintained all my life, my dislike for, (and relationship with), paperwork and procedure has always delivered me problems or crisis and, even at an early age, that fact became apparent when I found myself demoted to the ‘slow learner’ section of the infant school I was attending. (I think they call such locations Special Needs facilities these days).
