Unless labelled otherwise, PCs carry a 7 day money back guarantee starting from the date and time of purchase.
Note. To qualify, such items must be returned within 7 consecutive days of purchase, weekends and bank holidays included.
Rental and credit related info
At its discretion, The Computer Workshop may offer interest free credit under a deferred payment arrangement. A minimum 25% cash deposit will be required.
Machines offered via rental or credit terms may be installed with tracking or remote file access software.
Note. PCs or other devices offered on such credit terms will remain the property of The Computer Workshop until full payment is received.
Part Exchange options
The Computer Workshop may consider a potential customer’s unwanted PC as a down payment or deposit if considered worthy of recycling.
