Yeah. It was all cool when text to image and video first manifest but YouTube should ban this offensive AI based media or, over the coming months and years, YouTube will transform itself into an A.I sewer full of computer based trash like this. I mean, seriously, how are we going to feel when this kind of material leaves us waist deep in fictional content polluting real human content and diluting real human creativity even more than it already is?
I’m a techie, a geek, a disciple of the amazing science fiction writer Ray Bradbury, (and I’ve been International Inventor of the Year twice), BUT despite having 3D (part) printed my own life sized humanoid robot and embraced most new technologies, I never realised just how corrosive and harmful “artificial intelligence” and the world of robotics would actually become.
None of this is funny. Rather, we’re replacing our whole hard won human society with an inferior A.I based one and this kind of YT content represents just the surface veneer of a problem that already runs really deep across our own civilisation.
WHY are we voluntarily allowing AI to usurp every aspect of human life? I mean; as recently as only 18 months ago, (like most of the planet), I was utterly amazed at the chatGPT phenomenon yet now … well … AI has infiltrated the world like a plague, hasn’t it?
Returning to this YT upload. Is it really cool and retro and a bit of fun? Or is it a harbinger and an omen of the dead eyed and emotionless ‘art’ and ‘media’ that is destined to replace our own Homo Sapien art and cultures?
